Accommodation

Accommodates up to four in two staterooms in the usual Grand Banks layout. Teak woodwork throughout with some minor flat panels in the staterooms finished in linen white. The equally attractive cabin sole is varnished teak parquet. The interior is wonderfully bright and airy thanks to the numerous windows and hatches while artificial light is provided by stylish brass Grand Banks swivel reading lamps at each berth and settee as well as several overhead lights.

Forward is the Guest Stateroom with 6'6" V-berth below which there is storage in 4 drawers and a locker below the berth (as well as some bin type storage forward) a radiator is located under the V Berth. Adjoining the forward stateroom is a private Guest Head featuring a cultured marble vanity and sink with H&C pressure water, good storage and an en-suite shower with separate sump, manual W.C. plumbed via a Y-valve to the holding tank. The forward cabin may be given complete privacy by means of a louvered teak door and overhead teak folding / sliding hatch.

Up three steps to the wonderfully bright and airy Main Salon with Galley to port and Lower Helm Station to starboard. The Main Salon features a 6'6" L-shaped settee to starboard below which there is storage in a drop face locker fwd and a large cargo drawer aft. Dining is off of the superbly detailed Grand Banks teak drop leaf table with silverware drawer, secret storage compartment, and bottle storage below. Further forward is the starboard side door and step to the side deck below where there is storage.

The Galley is forward and to port and is the standard Grand Banks configuration for the 36 and features a Zanussi Refrigerator, the 4 ring hob, the Microwave oven and sink complete with flexible mixer tap. Generous storage is provided at lower level with 6 drawers and a cupboard while forward is a flip top crockery storage unit. The entire galley area provides for a very functional food preparation area with ample storage for food stuffs, utensils, and dinnerware. Single basin stainless sink with pressure H&C water, separate faucet with filtered potable water.

Three steps down, aft of the Saloon is the Master Stateroom which features a double berth under which there is excellent storage in cargo drawers. Outboard of the drawers there is still plenty of bin type storage.

Forward and to port is the separate shower room whilst to starboard is the Master head featuring cultured marble vanity and sink and manual W.C. plumbed via a Y valve to the holding tank.
