Located under cockpit sole, Mercruiser 5.7 LX 250hp V8 petrol engines. Seawater cooled. Dual single lever engine controls with trim adjustment and electric start. Volvo SX outdrive legs. Hydraulic trim tabs. Full engine instrumentation including engine temperature, oil pressure, tilt indicator, rev counter, fuel and battery gauges. Tube heater located in the engine bay for winter protection.
The engines were last professionally serviced in 2017 and have been lightly used since and have run for 118hrs since they were fully overhauled. This included replacement headers, new hydraulic trim tabs and the outdrive legs were also overhauled at this time.
Chris Craft Concept 27 built by Chris Craft Boats in 1996. White and black GRP planing hull, superstructure and decks with moulded non-slip surfaces. Step-thru curved tempered glass windscreen in aluminium frame. Moulded GRP bathing platform with walk-thru transom and concealed boarding ladder.
The accommodation offers 2 berths in an open plan cabin with sitting headroom. U-shaped settee forward with table and infill to create large double berth. Galley aft to port equipped with a single burner gas hob, sink with pressurised cold water and storage. Separate heads compartment aft to starboard with a Jabsco marine toilet and sink. Cream leatherette upholstery with carpet linings. Large aft cockpit with helm and navigators bucket seats and a large wrap-around aft seating area, all upholstered in high quality white leatherette with blue piping with complimenting blue carpets to cockpit sole.
All removable carpets and upholstery (including cockpit seating) have been renewed within the last few seasons and her condition is far better than many newer sports cruisers we see.
