"Merlin" was purchased by her present owner in 2011 from Gosport Marina in Hampshire. Her previous owner had replaced the engine with the current Volvo 225hp V8 in 2009 and since then her owner has carried out maintenance und upgrades as follows;
New tilt motor 2014
New exhaust risers 2014
New starter motor 2016
New 100A/Hr battertt 2016
New coil, distributor leads in 2017
Outdrive removed and fully serviced 2017
Oil change, oil filter and fuel filter plus drive belt replaced 2018
She certainly appears to be in very good condition, her gelcoat is original and shiny, her rear hood was replaced in 2012 and her interior refurbished in 2012, her helm seats were removed and refurbished in 2016 and a new cooker was fitted in 2018. Her owner describes her as being great fun and very reliable with plenty of power for either gentle cruising or fast planing. Her owner plans to buy something a little bigger!
